Online Commerce

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services through the Site for legitimate purposes only.
If payment for a service is declined, our system will automatically suspend access to any active deliverables. We will make every attempt to contact you to resolve the issue and restore access once billing is resolved.
Registration and Passwords
To access certain features of the Site, you may be asked to register and provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Limitation of Liability

Termination

The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.
Refund Policy
Your purchase of a service provides for a refund if you notify CinePixel Agency of your cancellation 24 hours prior to the billing date. No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be provided under any other circumstances.
Free Trial Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply if you have a Free Trial Period for Content Creation Services:
- The free trial shall last for a period of 7 days only. After the 7 day free trial, the regular price for the content creation service will be charged.
- All customers signing up for the free trial will be required to submit payment card details as part of the process, to allow automatic payments once the free trial period finishes.
- Customers not wishing to continue the Content Creation Service once the Free Trial ends must cancel by emailing hello@cinepixelagency.com at least 1 day before the end of the Free Trial. A reminder email will be sent before the first payment is due.
- Paid services include but are not limited to content creation, graphic creation, and social media posting.
- This offer may not be available in all regions and countries.
- Notice will be sent if payment fails for any reason. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment details are correct to allow successful renewal payments.
- CinePixel Agency reserves the right to remove or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time.
- CinePixel Agency reserves the right to change the features of the Free Trial offer at any time.
- CinePixel Agency Terms and Conditions apply.
- CinePixel Agency reviews all orders and reserves the right to deny or cancel Content Creation Services at any time and for any reason.

Other
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of CinePixel Agency and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of CinePixel Agency.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sri Lanka. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Although unlikely, this policy may be changed at any time at our discretion. If we update this policy, we will post the updates to this page on our website.
